The A.M.T Delegation Visited KUST

Recently, the delegation of the Cambodian A.M.T led by LENG Chan Virak visited KUST, and held a symposium with the 21 Cambodian students funded by A.M.T. KUST’s Council Vice Chair TIAN Jun met the delegation. The head of the Office of KUST’s Council, Deputy Deans of School of International Education, and the head teacher of Cambodian students took part in the meeting and the symposium.



Vice Chair TIAN Jun, on behalf of KUST, welcomed the delegation and hoped that the two sides will carry out high-level and wide-ranged cooperation for international students education. LENG Chan Virak expressed his gratitude to KUST for its high-quality and responsible management and Chinese training of the international students. He asked the Cambodian students to study hard, develop themselves in an all-round way and strive to become international talents so as to better serve the construction of Cambodia after graduation. He hoped that A.M.T and KUST will carry out more extensive educational exchanges and cooperation.


At the symposium, the 21 Cambodian students reported their half-year studies and campus life for more than half a year in Chinese one by one. The two deans and the head teacher of School of International Education respectively briefed the international students’ administration, Chinese education programs for the 21 Cambodian students and their progress in Chinese learning at KUST.
