KUST and TU Clausthal Sign "1+2" Master Project Collaborative Agreement

 On May 25, Kunming University of Science and Technology (KUST) and Technische Universit?t Clausthal (TU Clausthal) in Gemany signed a collaborative agreement on “1+2” Master Project in Sino-German Ecopark in Qingdao, Shandong Province. TU Clausthal President, Prof. Thomas Hanschke and Prof. CHENG Heming of KUST signed the agreement on behalf of their respective universities. The director of Sino-German Ecopark and some administrators of Qingdao University attended the ceremony.

  

  
  The KUST-TU Clausthal International Cooperation Framework Agreement signed last September lays the foundation for the further cooperation between the two universities. The signing of this "1+2" Master Project Collaborative Agreement enhanced the cooperation and exchanges between the two in teaching and scientific research. The “1+2 Master Project” will mainly develop master's degrees in Mining Engineering, Civil (Geotechnical) Environmental Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and the like. With the help of the high quality teaching and research resources of TU Clausthal, KUST will advance the educational level of its superior programs in both bachelor's and master's degrees so as to cultivate an increasing number of technology and research talents in the future.
